Obtaining a Chinese Travel Visa

How to apply for a Chinese visa for travelers:

1.  Fill out the application form online and print it out.  http://losangeles.china-consulate.org/chn/qzhz/forms/P020130831021030700090.pdf
     Handwriting is not acceptable according to the new policy.

2.  Bring the following items to Diamond Head Travel:

•      Passport
•      One copy of your passport photo
•      Airline itinerary (must have the applicant name on the top)
•      Hotel reservation form (must have the applicant name on the top)
•      Application fee $185

     Ask for Eric (agent for our school) or Esther (manager)

It will take Diamond Head Travel about three weeks to process your application fee.
